Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

-Identify and prospect potential clients, showcasing the value of our advertising services and solution<\/p>\r\n

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends<\/p>\r\n

-Collaborate with the Account team to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients<\/p>\r\n

-Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients<\/p>\r\n

-Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth for the company<\/p>\r\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n

-Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the advertising or related industry<\/p>\r\n

-Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets<\/p>\r\n

-Excellent communication and selling skills<\/p>\r\n

-Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive approach to sales<\/p>\r\n

-Knowledge of advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices<\/p>\r\n

      1. SALES ACCOUNT<\/strong> MANAGER \u2013 JOB CODE SACM<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Key r<\/strong>esponsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Develop a new business development plan, goal and KPI for the Account team. Lead the Account team to implement the business development plan.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring their needs are met<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Develop and implement effective communication strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the creative team.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and efficient communication and resolving any issues or concerns<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide clients with insightful reports and recommendations<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the advertising\/marketing industry<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
